In addition to her assignment in the KPMG New York Executive Office, Denise interned in the Birmingham office her senior year at Auburn and started her career after graduation in the Dallas, Texas office. Denise served as Audit Manager for large and small clients in international business, financial institutions, insurance, medical services, manufacturing, real estate and broadcasting. During her seven-year tenure with KPMG, Denise was selected nationally for a special assignment in the firm’s national computer audit policy area in the Department of Professional Practice located in New York developing the national firm audit policy and procedures and taught national staff training courses. She began her career with the international public accounting firm KPMG. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with over 30 years of experience in progressively responsible roles. A QuickBooks Pro-Advisor, she has been working with the software since inception in the 1990s.ĭenise received her BSBA degree from Auburn University with emphasis in accounting.
